3 Reasons I jumped on the neon trend
It’s Humpppppppppp Day!
You know what that means; it means we are that much closer to the weekend! Now let’'s be honest, neon is all the craze this spring, so that means it is definitely going to make its way into the summer and definitely further than that. I am really not the one to follow “trends” because quite frankly, I think they can be expensive! But there is something about neon that I absolutely love. So let’s get right into the 3 main reasons I am all about this neon trend:
It pops against dark skin: Now lets be honest, for all my black and brown girls, this color highlights some of our best features and the contrast against our skin is absolutely everything ! It is for sure an attention grabber and melanin against this colour just brings out the best.
You can pair it with denim, pants and everything in between: Although it is quite a loud colour, it can go with practically anything: a pair of blue or black denim, a skirt, if you are feeling wild, maybe mix in some prints just for fun.
It’s always going to come back in style: With everything trendy, truth is, it always comes back in style, which is one of the many reasons I always hold on to special pieces (or maybe all of my pieces) LOL.
